School President and Vice President`s pre-elective “Baklava” campaign
It`s a really tough competition! Our opponents tried to “buy” some votes
by giving out free homemade cookies. So my future vice-president Memo and I
decided to stroke back! We provided 200 pieces of baklava for the students.
God, it was a hard night for me trying not to taste it before the morning we
were going to run our campaign! :D My “first ladies” helped me to make 250
flags, saying:”Life is much tastier with 11 IB!”. It might not sound like a big
deal, but in reality, it was a lot of hard work and dedication. We did a great
job, though! Memo and I were a bit nervous this Friday morning, but it went
great. We “hired” some girls to help us with the give-out thing. All the
students were impressed. Everyone got a piece of the baklava and a “Have a nice
day!” wish on the entrance. The baklava turned out to be delicious, just as I
expected! So that made our campaign even more successful. We just have to wait
`till Monday to find out whether students will vote for us! Wish us luck!
