I had played volleyball, football, basketball, tennis, etc a million times, but I had never before trained in a fitness hall. Our school PE teacher made me a training program to keep fit for the upcoming prom: 15 minutes of treadmill, 15-25 minutes of stepper, then exercises for lower, mid and higher abs, for legs and for arms. It is good being in shape, even if you don`t train for losing weight - you must be fit. I still prefer running outside in the nature, but there is no other motivation like the one in the Fitness hall, seeing all the people work hard for themselves.
