Writing speech for the First day of school

As a President of the school and a future twelfth grader, I was given the assignment to write a speech for the First day of school of the freshers. It was hard, but it made me think about my 4 years as a high-school student. I went through all the memories of my classmates and me, through all the trips and excursions, through all the examinations and sleepless nights. Seems like a nice speech, but we`ll see. I don`t want to scare the kids, not much. :D Here`s a short extract of what I wrote – my favourite part, actually:

A team of hard-working bees will sting you regularly with tests and exams, but at the end they will have made the best honey out of you. The whole school administration will work for your success, so respect them. And the students that are older than you - respect them too!
